Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $180: Flat rate of $180 CAD {Standard}
Orders $180 and above: Free shipping {Standard}
WhiteGlove Delivery - $680 {Premium} or more (depending on location such as remote areas and the size)
Shipping Types
Standard Delivery - The courier driver or someone will unload the items from the trailer with powerlift and leave on the curb (your driveway or clear space on your property) and you will have to move it inside your house.
WhiteGlove Delivery- Our WhiteGlove delivery service is a premium service for $680 or more and the professionals from one of our freight companies will help with unloading the items and bring it in your house and also help with assembly.
Shipping Costs & Transparency
Furniture shipping is significantly more complex than standard parcel delivery. Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of large items, deliveries often require specialized carriers, equipment, and trained personnel.
We strive to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible while maintaining high service standards and ethical practices. We believe in being transparent with our customers—what you see is a reflection of the true cost of delivering your furniture safely and responsibly.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada only.
Orders cannot be shipped outside of Canada at this time.
We do not ship to PO Box address.
Delivery Estimates
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. (Most of our orders get delivered within 5-7 business days once shipped.)
Note: We do our best to ship orders as soon as we get the payment confirmation and process orders within timely manner to better serve our quality customers.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather changes and if it is remote location.
Additionally, there will be a surcharge fee for a delivery in a remote location but we will send you an email to notify the event and request the charge if you like to proceed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or our track your order page.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@furneeta.ca.
We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to replace or refund the item.
Additional Information
Large or bulky items may require special handling and slightly longer delivery times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
