Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within a short period after being placed. Once the order has entered processing or shipping, modifications may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and receipt.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within Canada.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Are your furniture products high quality?

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to ensure product photos accurately represent the item. However, colors may vary slightly depending on lighting or screen settings.
Do furniture items require assembly?
Some furniture pieces may require simple assembly. If assembly is required, instructions and necessary hardware will be included.
Are your products eco-friendly?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within the time frame specified in our Return Policy. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
